Helpful Information & Policies

• Tickets to Santa Fe Classic Theater productions are non-refundable.

• For performance information call Santa Fe Classic Theater, (505) 336-0629. Tickets are sold through a 3rd party platform called Tix.com. 

• Seating Arrangement: All seating is general admission. 

• In the event of inclement weather, please check SFCT's Facebook page for weather updates. If inclement weather requires cancellation of the performance, there are no refunds. All ticket-holders will be notified of a cancellation via email. If cancellation of a performance is required, the box office will attempt to accommodate attendees at a snow date, to be announced. We cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled.

• Rescheduling ticket requests should send an email to tickets@santafeclassictheater.org with the ticket purchasers name and dates preferred.

• Please remember to turn off all cell phones and other electronic devices prior to the performance.

• No flash photography is permitted during the performance.

• Latecomers will be seated by the ushers at intermission. No seating is allowed while actors are performing on stage.
